2025 Field/Court Reservation Information

Field Usage is reserved for permit holders only. Any organized/facilitated practice or game requires a permit through Ferguson Parks & Recreation

Ferguson Parks & Recreation has several athletic fields and courts to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

• 2025 Reservation Requests begin March 31st, 2025. Permits issued beginning April 14th until November 2nd.
• Reservation requests must be made 2 weeks in advance. Permits will not be issued if requested less than 2 weeks in advance.

• Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your reserved rental date. If payment is not received by this deadline, your permit will be revoked. Payments can be made online at register.fergrec.com.

• All trash must be placed in designated trash cans. Permit holders are responsible for leaving the field and surrounding area clean. Failure to do so may result in permit revocation.

• Permit holders are responsible for the behavior of all players, coaches, and spectators. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in permit revocation.

• No vehicle parking on grass or outside designated parking areas. All spectators and guests must park in the designated lot.

• Ferguson Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel rentals due to weather, field conditions, or emergencies that render the facility unsafe or unplayable.

• If a rental is canceled due to inclement weather, the permit holder has 48 hours to notify the Recreation Manager via phone or email to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if notification is not received within 48 hours.

• Field rental requests will not be approved for individuals, teams, or organizations with unpaid balances. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before new rental requests are considered.

• All park rules, city ordinances, and permit conditions must be followed. Violations may result in permit revocation.

Game Permits

• Beginning in 2025, we are introducing game permits for those looking to reserve a field or court at Forestwood Sports Complex for organized games, tournaments, or small events. These permits are required for any use beyond standard team practices to ensure proper scheduling and facility preparation. In addition to the regular hourly field/court rental rates, an additional $25 per field, per day Preparation Fee will apply to cover maintenance and readiness for gameplay.
